Over the edge vegan.

Gluten Free?  No problem!  For medical reasons I am on a gluten free, soy free vegan diet.  It has it’s challenges to be sure  but there are a few options out there.  Recently, I enjoyed a marvelous vegan pizza from the Gluten Free Zone. The crisp crusty edges snapped in my mouth when I sunk my teeth into it.  I’ve also enjoyed piping hot baked potatoes on a regular basis from Wendy’s  there are also a number of places that provide either salads.  Not to mention I have discovered that there are a few Italian joints that serve gluten free pasta. Even in my area there are two privately owned establishments that serve gluten free pasta.  One of them is a little Italian place with embossed metal tiles on the roof named “Spaghetti Benders” The other place is named “White’s Pizza” in the middle of know where people have been know to stand in line just to get in.  However, it is wonderful to here about national chains that offer gluten free items which might also be soy and animal free.  What have your experiences been?  What would you recommend? Has anyone tried Olive Garden?  I would be interested in your thoughts!
