Changing The World One Magizine at Time

The gluten free community is like a band of ninja warriors who can change the world.  Taste Of Home Magazine (TOH) has a wide Varity of cookbooks and magazine issues. So, why not a gluten free issue?  That is where you come in.  Last night during a brief interview with the speaker and cooking instructor of the TOH cooking show explained that TOH is aware of gluten and other food related issues.  The magazine would also like to include more recipes from their magazine subscribers or by those who post on the TOH blog.  Many of the recipes used in the event like pounded chicken with berry sauce, rice with parsley, twice stuffed potatoes with bacon where already gluten free.  However, those of us with gluten issues are less likely to subscribe if we have to hunt for what we are in need of.  The good news is at TOH recipes come from every day people like you and I.  So?  How can we make the gluten free world a little friendlier?  Log onto the TOH sight weekly and contribute your favorite breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack ideas.  Be sure to let them know that the recipe is gluten free and that you would support a gluten free addition. What do we have to loose?  In fact, the TOH has a number of recipe contests going on right Now.  Winners could earn up to $500.00 dollars.  Soooooooooo, what recipes do you think you would like to enter?
